The Quality
Assurance group consists of Local Programme Coordinators
and partners from Health and Edcucation and their role
is to;
• Identify, celebrate and disseminate effective
practice
• Ensure consistency in National Healthy Schools
Status across all schools
• Seek clarification, where necessary, from schools
regarding minimum evidence
• Undertake moderation of a 10% sample of schools |

| Once a school has
submitted their self-validation form to the Local Healthy Schools
Coordinator it will then be taken to the Quality Assurance Group
for discussion and agreement of Healthy Schools Status. |
