Examples of Local Action Plans
Northamptonshire Healthy Schools have developed a set of example action plans for schools to adapt for themselves, in partnership with local Headteachers and health professionals. These have been written around current local health priorities, although there is no reason why other priorities can not be chosen as either a local or school priority by a school or cluster of schools working together.

National Healthy Schools have developed a toolkit for schools to use which can be downloaded from the DfE website.
